A representative of HHV shared the meaning of training and developing human resources of the O&amp;M Unit. In addition, it was also an opportunity for employees to enhance their knowledge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The training content includes theory and practice. Students can directly manipulate the machine to produce specific products. At the end of the program, students are assessed for quality and awarded a certificate of course completion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the coming time, HHV will continue to conduct classes on operating some other machines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan &#8211; an employee of the Hai Van Tunnel Factory, said: \u201cI am pleased that I have the opportunity to receive professional guidance.
