OFFERING INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Stock name:<\/strong> Stock of Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Stock type:<\/strong> Common share.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Total offering volume:<\/strong> 49,743,300 shares.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Exercise ratio: <\/strong>10:1 (Each share is entitled to 01 right; every 10 rights allow the purchase of 01 new share).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Offering price:<\/strong> 10,000 VND\/share.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Rounding and fractional share handling:<\/strong> The number of shares eligible for purchase will be rounded down to the nearest whole unit. Any decimal fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Example: <\/strong>On the Record Date, Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 178 shares. Therefore, Shareholder A is entitled to 178 rights, equivalent to the right to purchase 17.8 new shares. Under the fractional share handling policy, after rounding down to the nearest unit, the number of new shares Shareholder A is eligible to purchase is 17 shares. The fractional 0.8 share will be cancelled.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">II.
