Prof. Dr. Tran Chung \u2013 Board Member, Mr. Ho Quang Loi \u2013 Board Member, along with the Executive Board, representatives of functional departments and subsidiaries of HHV.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/deoca.vn\/upload\/img\/1768199161_e0c5eb7128b262fa165f0b30f8a8acce.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Conference overview<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In 2025, amid economic difficulties, policy challenges, and widespread natural disasters, HHV employees made strong efforts to overcome hardships, maintain business momentum, and achieve notable results.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mr. Ngo Truong Nam said that 2025 marked a clear step forward in construction organization and project management capacity, particularly at the Quang Ngai \u2013 Hoai Nhon project. Despite heavy workloads, management remained streamlined and effective, working conditions were professional, accommodation for engineers and workers was improved, labor policies were ensured with no salary arrears, and average income rose by nearly 5% compared to 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/deoca.vn\/upload\/img\/1768200940_956a10f888ce7e15b24e3d78aa6bcb5d.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mr. Ngo Truong Nam &#8211; General Director of HHV spoke at the conference<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In construction activities, in 2025 HHV and its parent company, DEOCA Group, completed key milestones, including technicallyopening to traffic the Dong Dang \u2013 Tra Linh and Huu Nghi \u2013 Chi Lang expressways, bringing the Quang Ngai \u2013 Hoai Nhon expressway to completion 8 months ahead of schedule, and finishing the coastal road connecting Lien Chieu Port 3 months early.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In operation and maintenance, HHV won the O&amp;M package for the Bai Vot \u2013 Cam Lo expressway, ensuring safety for millions of vehicle trips across 31 km of tunnels and more than 470 km of expressways and national highways nationwide. Notably, HHV\u2019s initiative of installing cone markers on expressways helped reduce accident risks and has been recognized as a model for replication.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thanks to ahead-of-schedule project completion, effective investment performance, and stable toll revenue, HHV recorded impressive 2025 business results, with estimated consolidated revenue of nearly VND 4 trillion, exceeding the plan by 6% and up 15% year-on-year. After-tax profit reached around VND 680 billion, surpassing the plan by 22% and increasing 37% compared to 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alongside business activities, HHV continues to value the role of Party and Youth organizations, organizing cultural and sports activities to strengthen cohesion and motivate employees.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These efforts were recognized by Party and State leaders, ministries and local authorities, and in 2025 HHV again received a commendation from the Prime Minister for outstanding achievements in the emulation movement on developing modern, synchronized transport infrastructure while promoting thrift and efficiency.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entering 2026, HHV gained further positive momentum by winning several large-scale construction and O&amp;M packages with consortium partners, providing a favorable start for the new year.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/deoca.vn\/upload\/img\/1768199304_568396c416c766fcd3afd2bf7565d9a1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Mr. Nguyen Huu Hung &#8211; Vice Chairman of HHV spoke at the conference<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vice Chairman Nguyen Huu Hung emphasized the need to further enhance governance quality, develop systematic planning, and conduct regular evaluations to build a solid foundation for sustainable growth, contributing to national transport infrastructure development.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With more than 50 years of development and a strategy focused on its core strengths across three pillars &#8211; Investment, Construction, and Operation &amp; Maintenance &#8211; HHV continues to affirm its role as a key unit within the DEOCA ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/deoca.vn\/upload\/img\/1768199425_e7a69abc17cc8007b3b4365fa83e01bf.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>HHV\u2019s staff and management<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the same day, HHV held a recognition and award ceremony honoring five teams and 21 individuals for outstanding contributions in 2025.
