To do well in the management, operation, and toll collection of Trung Luong – My Thuan Expressway shortly, Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (HHV, operation management unit) has organized a training course for all staff of Trung Luong – My Thuan Expressway Management and Operation Enterprise. The course includes Deo Ca cultural integration, communication skills, and especially professional toll collection on expressways (MTC, ETC).

With work experience and understanding of the Group’s culture, during two days of the training course, Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy – General Director of HHV and Ph.D. Nguyen Van Sang – An Assistant Chairman of the Group, shared corporate culture and communication skills with more than 180 students. Ph.D. Hoang Phung Bao – Director of Technology Department of the Group, trained on expressway toll collection (MTC, ETC) so that trainees can hone their professional knowledge and understand the upcoming work. They are also aware of the advantages, disadvantages, and situations arising during toll collection at Trung Luong – My Thuan expressway.

Mr. Nguyen Dang Vinh Truong, a student in Team 2, shared that after two days of studying, he gained a lot of useful knowledge that can be applied both in work and life.

“The training contents on expertise, communication skills, and situation handling are convenient for our future work. The trainers have given us many specific situations to help us grasp and handle the subject more easily,” said Truong.

At the closing ceremony of the course, Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy highly appreciated the severe attitude of the trainees. He hoped they would promote their eagerness to learn to enhance their professional knowledge. The training contents are used in work and can be applied to other activities in life.

In the coming days, students will visit toll stations in Co Chien, Hanoi Highway, Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway and practice at toll stations in Bac Giang – Lang Son Expressway and some other projects invested by Deo Ca Group and managed by HHV.
