On March 27, 2023, at Hai Van tunnel, HHV Company held a training to transfer technology to operate HOFMANN-3 Universal new technology road coating machine.

It is an activity to develop DCG’s workforce to meet actual work needs. A representative of HHV shared the meaning of training and developing human resources of the O&M Unit. In addition, it was also an opportunity for employees to enhance their knowledge.

The training content includes theory and practice. Students can directly manipulate the machine to produce specific products. At the end of the program, students are assessed for quality and awarded a certificate of course completion.

In the coming time, HHV will continue to conduct classes on operating some other machines.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan – an employee of the Hai Van Tunnel Factory, said: “I am pleased that I have the opportunity to receive professional guidance. I am ready to join the maintenance team when ordered to mobilize.”

With many years of experience in managing, operating, and constructing traffic infrastructure projects, HHV has a team of technicians and skilled workers in maintenance and mechanical processing in charge of all traffic safety items using many modern machinery and equipment.
