Good support for people through Hai Van tunnel, Deo Ca Group is recognized

On October 8, 2021, Mr. Le Trung Chinh – Chairman of Da Nang City People’s Committee visited the Hai Van Tunnel Management and Operation Unit, encouraging officials on the task of supporting people to return to their hometown by motorbike going through Hai Van tunnel.

Mr. Le Trung Chinh and the city delegation directly joined the team to guide the motorbike group of people to move from the southern gate of the Hai Van tunnel to the territory of Thua Thien – Hue. About 30 minutes to prepare and move through the tunnel, the motorbike convoy was escorted to a safe place and handed over to the functional forces of Thua Thien – Hue.

After directly inspecting the work of supporting people, the delegation of Da Nang city came to encourage the staff of the Hai Van Tunnel Operation Center. Here, Mr. Le Trung Chinh highly appreciated the initiative in advising, proactively coordinating in a positive and timely manner with the city’s functional forces in assisting people in a convenient and safe way.

Mr. Le Trung Chinh acknowledged and highly appreciated the Group’s contribution and thanked the Chairman of Deo Ca Group for directing and supporting people to return to their hometown through the Hai Van tunnel during the past time.

In the past few days, sympathizing with the hardships of the people, Deo Ca has actively investigated, thereby proposing to change the plan to support the people. With the consensus, support, and close coordination of the locality, the support work has been carried out smoothly and effectively.

According to the statistics of the tunnel operator, from October 6 to October 8, the unit coordinated with the authorities of Da Nang city to support more than 3,000 vehicles and about 5,000 people through the tunnel safely.

Tunnel works built and operated by Deo Ca Group not only serve well for normal traffic needs but also show that in emergency situations, especially when having its own mechanism, it will bring convenience towards the safety of people.
