From January 6 to January 21, 2025, the Party Committee of DeoCa Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (HHV) successfully conducted congresses for all seven affiliated party cells. This was part of the preparations for the XV Party Congress of HHV, scheduled for the 2025–2030 term.

Over more than two weeks, the party cells conducted their congresses by regulations, promoting a spirit of democracy, transparency, and accountability. All seven party cells successfully held their congresses, focusing on important aspects such as reviewing the 2024 term, evaluating task implementation results, and setting objectives and development goals for the 2025–2027 term. Additionally, the party committees performed self-assessments of their leadership effectiveness.

Through the congresses, the party cells were able to assess their work results and create a forum for party members to exchange and discuss important issues. Many in-depth discussions were presented, focusing on improving the quality of party cell’s activities and enhancing the sense of responsibility of party members in party work. The congresses elected the party committees to ensure direct and comprehensive leadership by the Party while emphasizing the role and responsibility of individual leaders in charge.

Speaking at the congress of the Party Branch of the North-South Expressway Management and Operation Enterprise (Bac Giang – Lang Son), Ms. Luc Thi An, a party member, expressed her gratitude to the company’s leadership for always being attentive and providing favorable conditions for party members to complete their tasks effectively.

Assessing the series of congresses, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy, Secretary of the HHV Party Committee, highly appreciated the thorough preparation of the party branches. He emphasized: “The successful organization of these congresses not only strengthens the trust of officials and party members, but also reaffirms the leadership role of the Party in all areas of operation. In the new term, the party cells must continue to innovate and further enhance the quality of Party work to meet the increasingly high demands of the company.”

The Secretary of the HHV Party Committee also outlined key tasks for the upcoming term, including strengthening political and ideological education, deeply instilling the Party’s policies and resolutions; enhancing inspection and supervision to promptly identify and address arising issues; and focusing on developing young Party members to build a strong successor force. In the new term, the HHV Party Committee will continue to strive for unity and development, living up to the expectations and trust of the Group’s leadership.

The successful series of congresses held by the subordinate cells of the HHV Party Committee serves as a crucial foundation, laying the groundwork for the 15th Party Congress of the Company, scheduled to take place in April 2025.
