On May 9, 2023, in Da Nang, the grassroots Trade Union of Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment Company (HHV) held the 16th Congress of Delegates for 2023-2028.
The Congress was honored to have the attendance of Mr. Nguyen Van Tho – Chairman of the Union of Labor of Lien Chieu District; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Chinh – Former Deputy Director of Da Nang City Police; Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy – Secretary of the HHV Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy – General Manager of HHV, and 140 trade union representatives represent nearly 1,000 union members.
Delegates attending the Congress
In recent years, the socio-economic situation has faced many difficulties, affecting the Company’s business activities.
With the whole system’s efforts, HHV has overcome difficulties to achieve positive results. Revenue, profit of the Company, and income of employees are guaranteed, and business activities are expanding and developing. That achievement is thanks to the significant contribution of the Company’s workforce.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy gave flowers to congratulate the Congress
During the last term, the Trade Union and employees promoted the tradition, closely followed the orientation of the superior trade union, coordinated with the Board of Management of the Company to take care of the employees’ lives, launched the movement, and participated in volunteer activities.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy said that, besides the achievements, it is necessary to focus on overcoming shortcomings in mobilizing employees to study and improve their professional skills, emulation movements, and innovation in public Trade Union’s life.
Electing the Executive Committee for a new term
The Congress elected 11 members of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for 2023-2028 and set out directions and tasks in the new term.

The union also called on all employees in the Company to continue promoting their achievements, solidarity, dynamism, creativity, and determination to successfully implement the Resolution of the 16th Congress, term 2023 – 2028, contributing to the construction and development of the Company.
