On July 3, at Deo Ca Practical Training Center, IHI Japan Group (in Hanoi) visited and worked with Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment Company (HHV).

Overview of the meeting

The meeting was attended by HHV Company and Japan IHI Corporation representatives, experts, engineers, and leaders of specialized departments of the two businesses. The two sides shared experiences in the construction, management and operation of road transport infrastructure projects and orientations for cooperation in the coming time.

Mr. Vo Ngoc Trung – Deputy General Director of HHV, introduced the history of formation, development, experiences, and strengths of HHV. Accordingly, HHV completed many key national projects, such as the chain of tunnels Deo Ca, Co Ma, Cu Mong, Hai Van, and expressways… Then, he guided the IHI delegation to visit the Hai Van Tunnel and Hai Van Tunnel Operation Center.

The IHI Group representative was very impressed with the works and projects that HHV has implemented, especially after seeing firsthand the longest road tunnel in Southeast Asia and the modern Operation Center.

With the advantages that IHI Group holds, especially the Bridge Management Support System (BMSS), IHI Group hoped that shortly, the two sides would have the opportunity to cooperate and develop together.
