On September 9, 2022, Mr. Lam Ngoc Son – Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of Deo Ca Group (DCG), and Mr. Le Phan Dung – Chairman of the Trade Union of Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (HHV), visited disadvantaged employees working in Hue – Da Nang area.

The representatives gave Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to 6 families of employees, including Mr. Le Xuan Huan, Ms. Nguyen Thi Cau, Mr. Bui Van Son, Mr. Thai Van Tan, Mr. Le Van Thuong, and Ms. Bui Thi Tam. They are the breadwinners of their families, with young children and elderly parents.

Mr. Thai Van Tan – an employee of the Firefighting and Rescue Team of Hai Van Tunnel Enterprise, was moved and fired by the organization’s affection for his family. Mr. Tan believes it greatly encourages him to raise his children to become valuable people for society.

Over the years, the Trade Unions have always paid attention to workers’ lives, especially those who have difficult circumstances or belong to policy families.

That has been shown through the remuneration regime, facilitating employees’ working and learning.

“Hopefully, gifts could contribute to bringing a cozier Mid-Autumn Festival to employees’ families, motivate them to overcome difficulties to concentrate on production,” said Mr. Le Phan Dung – Chairman of HHV Trade Union.
