HHV: Estimated revenue in the first 9 months of the year is more than 1,262 billion VND, completing 98% of the year plan

The meeting will state, discuss and approve many important issues such as HHV’s development strategy for the period of 2021 -2025, a vision to 2030, a schedule to increase charter capital, and a plan to offer preferred shares for existing shareholders.

According to the report on production and business results for the first 6 months of 2021 and development strategy for the period of 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030, in the first 6 months of 2021, complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic had a significant impact on the Company’s operations, however, HHV still performed the business plan well. The construction progress at the construction site was maintained stably, without interruption, the construction work was carried out according to the committed schedule.

In 2021, HHV sets a revenue target of VND 1,285 billion, an increase of 7% compared to 2020. At the end of the second quarter, HHV’s net income reached VND 137.21 billion, up 420.9% over the same period last year, and achieved 63.32% of the full-year plan. Consolidated production and business results in the first 6 months of 2021 showed that revenue and profit after tax had a remarkable growth compared to 2020.

For the consolidated business plan for the last 6 months of the year, HHV aims to achieve 806.72 billion in net revenue and 138.79 billion dongs in net income. In 2021, the Company has signed more construction contracts for new projects such as Cam Lam – Vinh Hao expressway project, equipment bid packages for Trung Luong – My Thuan project… High-value contracts contribute to revenue growth in the last two quarters of 2021 as well as business results in 2022.

HHV’s 9-month estimated business results, revenue reaching more than 1,262 billion VND, completing 98% of the whole year plan. Therefore, HHV is confident that it will exceed the 2021 plan approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

In the context of a complicated and prolonged epidemic, which seriously affects most fields, public investment is considered a “supporting platform” for economic growth in the current period. The Government is promoting the disbursement of nearly 250,000 billion VND of public investment capital in the last 3 months of the year, in which, traffic infrastructure projects are very necessary projects with priority capital.
